My Story

I come from a healthcare background as an oncology nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in business management, which has shaped the way I approach multifamily real estate investing. Spending years in high-acuity clinical environments taught me how to stay calm under pressure, analyze complex situations, and make thoughtful decisions that directly impact outcomes. That same mindset now guides how I evaluate opportunities, build partnerships, and manage investments with a strong focus on long-term success and integrity.

When I assess deals, I rely heavily on disciplined underwriting, detailed market analysis, and a risk-aware approach to protect both capital and investor returns. My clinical training sharpened my ability to evaluate data, ask the right questions, and identify potential red flags before they become costly issues. I have also invested in my education through the Peak mentorship program, where I receive ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced operators to continually refine my investing strategy and stay aligned with best practices in the industry.

Outside of real estate, I’ve been married for eight years and value building a life rooted in faith, family, and meaningful experiences. I love traveling, spending time outdoors, and capturing moments through photography, whether it’s a new destination or everyday life. My Christian faith is an important part of who I am, and I’m most fulfilled when I’m spending quality time with our family and staying grounded in what truly matters.
