With over 17 years of experience in IT and network engineering, Aaron brings a systems-driven mindset to deal acquisition, underwriting, and operational analysis. His background in designing scalable infrastructure translates directly into evaluating properties as long-term assets — identifying inefficiencies, stress-testing assumptions, and ensuring each investment is built to perform across market cycles.

 

Julie complements this approach with a career in healthcare as an oncology nurse and advanced training in business management. Her experience in high-acuity clinical environments sharpened her ability to assess risk, analyze data, and make disciplined decisions that protect outcomes — skills that are critical to responsible investing.
